Law enforcement is investigating Charlie Sheen’s ex Brooke Mueller after she had a bizarre incident last night in Salt Lake City.

According to TMZ, Brooke wondered into several bars with their 7-year old twins, Bob and Max, and a nanny. She looked disheveled and asked someone for a cigarette, clearly looking inebriated.

Witnesses said Brooke got into an altercation with the nanny, and later went to several hotels looking to get a room. She told people she was Charlie’s ex-wife and even gave his number out.

Law enforcements say they’re still investigating, and have yet to locate them.

Charlie told TMZ, “I’m just trying to get my kids home safe. I have no other details that relate to the ongoing event.”

Brooke was in rehab earlier this year, and was at a rehab in Utah earlier this year.
