The Late Late Show host, who won a Tony Award in 2012 for One Man, Two Guvnors, has stated in the past that he didn’t take the first offer the network (CBS) and CEO of CBS, Les Moonves, offered him. It took another offer from Moonves and Corden being thousand miles away from his family that he took the talk show gig! Lucky us!
