Disney’s popular theme park ride Space Mountain is blasting off with a new movie in the works!

Based on the long-standing ride at Disney World, the live-action adaptation will be written by Joby Harold (King Arthur: Legend of the Sword).

Joby is also currently working on scripts for Disney+’s Obi-Wan Kenobi series. He’s also been an executive producer on John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum and Underground.

Of course, Space Mountain is an indoor rollercoaster in the dark that takes guests through an intense ride through the cosmos.
