The actress recently showed her appreciation for his muscles in a slideshow of photos from her birthday celebration. In one shot, Ryan is seen holding a large cake with candles while wearing a shirt that shows off his muscular biceps.

Of course, Blake gradually zoomed in on his biceps in the next four photos, saying, “Happy Birthday to me.”
