Oprah Winfrey Gives Her Cover of ‘O’ Magazine to Breonna Taylor

Oprah Winfrey, who is usually on the covers of her own magazine, has given it up for the first time as a tribute to Breonna Taylor.

The media mogul wrote in her column that centers around Breonna, who was shot by police in Louisville, Ky., “What I know for sure: We can’t be silent. We have to use whatever megaphone we have to cry for justice. And that is why Breonna Taylor is on the cover.”

The magazine is ending its print run at the end of the year and is moving to digital-only.

In the issue, each page includes anti-racist actions readers can take.

What an incredible move. Thank you, Oprah.
