Wendy Williams is back, baby!

The Queen of talk is returning to the purple chair in her Manhattan studio!

“I can’t wait to get back to all of you and to my amazing staff and crew!!! I’m sooo excited to bring you silly, funny, glamour and hopefully brighten your day during these crazy times that we’re all living in…even if for just an hour,” she posted on social media. “I miss you and can’t wait to get back in my purple chair and show you what we did to the set.”

Of course, the show shut down in-studio production amidst the pandemic and had previously been shooting from her home up until mid-May when she went on an indefinite hiatus, due to complications with Graves’ disease.

Reruns will continue to air until September 21 when the show returns. According to Page Six, insiders stress that the show will be following guidelines from state authorities on how to resume production safely.

As of now, there will be no studio audience, which Wendy refers to as her “cohosts.”
