In a recent interview, the reality star and model was asked about how she identified, to which she replied, “I just don’t have an answer.”
“I don’t feel like I specifically connect with anyone, like, I don’t know. I don’t feel like anything is quite the right fit for me, at least not yet,” she said on the podcast Scissoring Isn’t a Thing.
She continued, “I think this is also all a little new to me and, so I just try to be real … I want to learn myself a little better before I make a decision like that.”
Kaitlynn began dating Brody Jenner in 2014 before tying the knot in 2018, though their marriage was never legalized. After splitting in 2019, she dated Miley Cyrus for a brief time before calling it quits.
“Obviously it would have been nice to have the luxury of privacy and time to have that conversation with my family,” she said of the photo, which prompted her to come out to her family. “But having said that, I didn’t have any shame in telling my parents at the time. I was excited about where I was in the relationship and … I had just been through a very challenging period of time in my life and it finally felt like it was getting better.”
“I was just feeling so happy that I honestly, at the time, didn’t appreciate the magnitude of what was going on. I was just so absorbed in it,” she added.
