‘Scarface’ Remake Finds its Director in Luca Guadagnino!
Call Me By Your Name director Luca Guadagnino is teaming up with the Coen Brothers for a new remake of Scarface, Variety reports.
The gangster classic only has two film versions: one from 1932 (The Big Sleep), and the second from 1983 starring Al Pacino. Now, this third one is sure to be a whole new take!
Apparently it’s been a rather stiff competition to nail the right director, but with the Coen Brothers and Luca together… clearly this is worth a watch!
We’ll be waiting.
