Apparently, Kanye West is bickering with Forbes magazine over his billionaire status.

According to the musician, the mag minimized his actual net-worth.

Page Six is reporting that editors at Forbes claim Kanye took issue with his published $1.3 billion estimate. Immediately afterward, he was texting staffers that apparently don’t know “how to count” that he’s actually closer to 3.3 billion.

Forbes senior editor, Zack O’Malley Greenburg, wrote that the rapper messaged the team, “It’s not a billion. It’s $3.3 billion since no one at Forbes knows how to count.”

Furthermore, Kanye allegedly accused the publication of being “a part of a group of media” attempting to “suppress his self-made narrative because of his race.”

As Page Six notes, this week Kanye instructed his own staff to send Forbes paperwork that the company deemed an “authentic numeric look into Kanye, Inc.”

After assessing the numbers, editors reiterated their $1.3 billion estimate.

“For years, Forbes had an informal ‘Trump rule’ — take whatever the [then]future president insisted he was worth, divide by three, and start honing from there,” Zack wrote. “Like mentor, like mentee.”

Oh man… to be honest, if you’re making a billion dollars, shouldn’t that be enough?
