Sam Smith and Demi Lovato have teamed up to release a whole new track, “I’m Ready.”

The upbeat, pop duet dropped yesterday, and we’re obsessed!

In the self-love empowerment anthem, Sam sings: “I gotta take that risk tonight / I’m ready, I’m ready, I’m ready, I’m ready / For someone to love me / I’m ready, I’m ready, I’m ready / For someone to love me, for someone to love me.”

Then, the music video takes on an Olympic theme.

We see Sam on a wrestling mat being victorious against his opponent, who turns into a burst of glitter instead of falling to the ground. How fabulous!

For the second verse, Demi appears on a diving board to sing: “No, I’ve been lookin’ hard for a lover disguised as a sinner / No, not a cheater, a redeemer.”

The video ends with the duo belting out the chorus triumphantly from a podium as gymnasts do their thing around them.
