So, just to refresh your memory…

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli allegedly took photos of their daughters on rowing machines in an attempt to get them into USC through a nationwide scam, which has placed them in legal trouble.

Now, those photos have been released by federal prosecutors in Lori and Mossimo’s motion to dismiss the case. 

In them, Olivia Jade and her sister, Bella (both blurred), are seen doing their best rowing on ERG machines.

According to prosecutors, Mossimo had sent Rick Singer, the man behind the college admissions scandal, an email with Olivia’s rowing pic attached.

According to TMZ, feds say the email and pic were in response to Rick requesting the pic in an August email, saying: “It would probably help to get a picture with her on an ERG in workout clothes like a real athlete too.”

Hmm…. well, this new evidence is not looking good.
