Meanwhile, in federal prison, it’s been revealed that Harvey Weinstein has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to NY Post, he most likely contracted the virus at Rikers Island.

The paper states that the State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision wouldn’t confirm or deny that Harvey had contracted COVID-19, citing federal health-care privacy law. However, they did confirm that a couple other inmates in the prison had tested positive.

Nearly 38 inmates across prisons in New York City have tested positive for the virus, the Associated Press reported.

Additional reports have stated that Harvey was tested when he developed a cough while being treated for a spike in his blood pressure.

Hopefully they’re taking measures to sanitize the prison. We’ll pay close attention.
