Nearly a month after she revealed a new face tattoo, the former child star shared on Instagram that she’s engaged — though to whom exactly is a mystery given that she did not tag anyone in the photo.
“Engaged to tha love of my life,” she wrote in a photo that seems to have been taken in a restaurant.
