Our girl Wendy Williams is single again — legally!

The beloved talk show host finalized her divorce from Kevin Hunter yesterday, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

The ex-couple cited irreconcilable differences.

Furthermore, both have agreed to not have alimony. (Pretty classy!) However, Wendy did agree to keep a $1 million life insurance policy on herself that will go to Kevin Sr. should she die.

Still, she has the right to reduce that amount on a yearly basis, reports the outlet. She’s also responsible for covering his health insurance under her current policy, which we imagine is splendid.

Additionally, docs state that they agreed to split the proceeds from their New Jersey home when it eventually sells. It’s currently on the market for $1.7 million.

Kevin and Wendy’s joint bank account will go to Wendy, as well, and all of his shares in Wendy Williams Productions Inc. will be signed over to her.

She will remain the sole owner of Wendy, Inc. Yas girl!

Of course, Kevin received an undisclosed lump sum from Wendy, and a severance payment from Wendy, Inc.
