Pat Sajak Opens Up About Who He Thinks Can Replace Him on ‘Wheel of Fortune’
Retirement seems to be on the horizon for Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak, but it’s not here yet!
The beloved host recently revealed that he does not care who takes over for him once he leaves the show, but rest assured, there is no official date on when that will be.
Recently, Vana White took over the hosting role as he continues dealing with his health issues. His daughter Maggie also took over as a letter-turner during the interim.
“Once I’m gone, I don’t care who takes the reins,” he said to TMZ.
Vana chimed in, telling the camera crew that she is “proud” of Maggie: “She did a great job. Better than me!”
Later, Pat assured his fans he is now feeling “fine” after his emergency surgery in November. He was hospitalized for a blocked intestine.
