Did Prince Harry Ask Disney CEO About Giving Meghan Markle Voiceover Work?

The royal drama continues, and folks are continuing to blame Meghan Markle for breaking up the family. A newly resurfaced video isn’t helping the situation.

While attending the London premiere of The Lion King in July 2019, Harry had a short conversation with Disney CEO Bob Iger that seemed to involve lining up future work for his then-Duchess wife.

“You know she does voiceovers,” he can be heard saying in a video, as Bob replies, “Oh, really?”

“Did you know that?” the royal asked. “You seem surprised.”

Meghan was speaking with Beyoncé and JAY-Z several feet away, as seen in the video, when Harry tells Bob: “She’s really interested.”

“Sure,” Bob replies, according to the video. “We’d love to try.”

The video resurfaced soon after it was reported that Meghan signed a voiceover deal with — surprise surprise! — Disney, which will benefit the conservation charity Elephants Without Borders.

The Sunday Times reports that her deal was signed before she and Harry’s bombshell announcement.
