As the world continues to reel over Megxit, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s close friend Oprah Winfrey is giving her blessing about the matters.

Oprah attended the royal couple’s wedding and is apparently close to Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland.

The media mogul said in a statement to Page Six, “I care about them both and support whatever decision they make for their family.”

According to the outlet, “Harry and Meghan have trademarked ‘Sussex Royal’ as a brand on more than 100 properties in the UK, including clothing, stationery, photographs and educational and charitable endeavors — with predicted revenue of over $500 million.”

Word on the street is that Oprah had advised Harry and Meghan about building their own brand, but the media mogul confirmed that “Meg and Harry do not need my help figuring out what is best for them.”

Harry and Oprah have worked together before. Recently, they collaborated on a mental health series for Apple TV+ airing later this year.

Some insiders think the prince could follow a similar path that Barack Obama is taking post-presidency, with philanthropy, speeches, book deals, and documentaries.

Furthermore, Gayle King will have the first interview with the Sussexes post-Megxit. One TV source told Page Six about the interview: “It’s hush-hush, but there’s no one else they would turn to.”

Wow! Well it seems like the couple has full support of Hollywood and fans alike… they win!
