Justin Bieber has come out to confirm he’s been diagnosed with Lyme disease and chronic mono, following a report from TMZ.

TMZ first reported the news, explaining that doctors struggled to find what was wrong with the singer before coming to a conclusion late last year.

The outlet also noted of a September picture Justin took of an IV bag, which fans assumed was a vitamin drip. It was actually treatment for Lyme disease.
