Brad Pitt is a Golden Globe winner, but that doesn’t mean his dating life has improved (not that he needs any help!).

While being interviewed on Marc Maron’s WTF podcast, Brad and fellow guest Leonardo DiCaprio spoke about being the subjects of public scrutiny.

Brad joked that he’s under the microscope “because of my disaster of a personal life, probably, most likely.”

The episode hit the web the day after Brad and ex-wife Jennifer Aniston crossed paths at the Globes. The duo was married from 2000 to 2005, and just missed each other on the red carpet.

Still, Jennifer cheered Brad on as he won the trophy for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role for his performance in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

During his speech, Brad joked (yet again) that he couldn’t bring his mother to the ceremony “because any woman I stand next to they say I’m dating. And that would just be awkward.”

We gotta be honest. Self-deprecating humor has never looked hotter!
