Jennifer Aniston Swears By Intermittent Fasting
Jennifer Aniston is a fan of intermittent fasting, a diet plan in which the window of eating is only seven to eight hours a day (typically between 11am and 6pm).
The actress recently told U.K.’s Radio Times that she’s had success: “I do intermittent fasting, so there’s no food in the morning,” she said. “I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.”
Instead, she sticks to liquids in the mornings, like green juices and coffee.
“Today, I woke up and had a celery juice,” she explained. “Then I started to brew some coffee, but I don’t drink coffee that early.”
