So really, what would you do if Bachelorette star Mike Johnson asked you out on national TV — on your own show, no less?! Clearly the only person in the world who can answer that question is Keke Palmer.

As we previously reported, on Monday’s episode of the Strahan, Sara and Keke portion of Good Morning America, Mike asked Keke on a date during his segment and broke the Internet in the process.

Later in the week, Keke’s cohosts Michael Strahan and Sara Haines followed up on Mike’s offer by asking Keke for her final answer.

“No,” she quickly replied. “Well, first of all, I get real spooked about entertainers or reality [stars] … I don’t know, it really scares me to date people in the industry. That’s number one.”

She continued, “Number two, he asked me in front of everybody,” which she admitted made her feel “ambushed.”

“I felt like it was a big ol’ gag,” she added. “I felt like I was the gag, I’ve been duped!”
