Word to the wise: if you’re ever going to visit our girl Wendy Williams on her show, turn OFF your phone. OK?

Our girl was not having it when she asked an audience member to leave when their phone rang during the taping of her Tuesday show.

“Is somebody’s phone on?” she asked, before looking at the person. “Get out! Get out! Turn that phone off now, sir, ma’am, whoever you are. Just, please, kindly.”

Of course, she brought it back when she reminded her cohosts that while “tickets are free,” there is a rule in place for them to turn off their phones.

She later admitted that she “was being overdramatic” before asking everyone once again to silence their ringers.

Then of course she politely said, “Thank you.”

LOL! Hey, you get what you get with our friend Wendy, especially since she’s getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next Thursday!
