The Rumors Are True: Nick Jonas Is Joining ‘The Voice’

Nick Jonas is going to have a hell of a 2020! It was revealed this week that Nick will be replacing Adam Levine and Gwen Stefani’s seat on The Voice.

Of course, Nick’s friend Ellen DeGeneres broke the news in a tweet by sharing a clip that showed an interview with the three Jonas Brothers.

Gwen had previously replaced Adam, who stepped down last year. And now, Nick is stepping in to fill that seat.

In the clip on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Nick got a video message from a very special guy.

“Nick Jonas, how are you doing buddy?” Blake Shelton, who has been with the NBC show since it began in 2011, said in the clip. “I heard that you’re going to be a new coach on The Voice and I wanted to, first of all, say congratulations and second of all voice some concerns. I’m going to have to look through the rules because this is my TV show and I’m not sure that you’re even old enough to be a coach on The Voice but I’m certain you’re going to get your butt kicked, buddy.”

How cool is that?!
