Sometimes two worlds collide in the strangest of ways! Apparently, Brad Pitt and Ellen DeGeneres have an ex in common — but they’re keeping it secret of course.

Brad made a surprise appearance on Friday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and as the two started talking, Ellen asked him if he remembered where they met.

“I remember a Melissa Etheridge pool party, where I think you were hitting on my girlfriend,” he recalled.

“Was I hitting on your girlfriend, really?” she laughed. .

“I think so. I was flattered,” he replied.

“I actually sense that I have dated another one of your girlfriends,” Ellen revealed, before adding: “We’ll talk about that later.”

“After the show,” Brad chimed.
