Star Trek star and activist George Takei is selling his one-bedroom apartment for $1.35 million. Located on the 35th floor of the 78-story Metropolitan Tower in midtown’s Billionaires’ Row, the apartment offers a peek of the Hudson River.

George and his husband, Brad, bought the place in late 2001 for $475,000, but clearly the value has gone through the roof since then.

At 808 square feet, the petite pied-à-terre features floor-to-ceiling windows, according to a description. Other highlights include sleek finishes, renovated closet space, and a home office space along with an updated bath.
