Scammers Are Claiming That Meghan Markle Is Using Weight Loss Supplements

Meghan Markle has plenty of scammers out there who are trying to profit from her fitness routine, post-baby.

In the Duchess’s recent guest-edited issue of Vogue, she revealed that she’s a fan of a “high-energy, cardio-based mat workout” and outlets have also reported that she’s been doing baby yoga with Archie.

Now, a group of scammers have tried to co-opt her image to sell diet pills, claiming that she turned to supplements to lose weight after giving birth to Archie.

As The Sun reports, one advertisement for the pills (“Keto Weight Loss” tablets, apparently) claimed that the product is Meghan’s “passion project” since she is “obsessed over her weight.” Another ad features a fake quote from Meghan that read, “Post pregnancy my body had lost its shape. But, with keto body tone, I came back.”

A royal source recently spoke out to the Sunday Mirror, saying, “This is obviously not true and an illegal use of the Duchess’ name for advertising purpose. We will follow our normal course of action.”
