The U.S. women’s national soccer team won the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup Final, marking America’s fourth championship!

The women’s national team had previously won the World Cup in 2015.

The team scored on a penalty kick by Megan Rapinoe in the second half, marking her sixth in the World Cup. Rose Lavelle followed up Megan’s goal with her own in the 69th minute, reports People magazine.
