Puzzling Information Is Released About Jussie Smollett’s Hate Crime Case

Jussie Smollett is back in the news after his case was reopened for investigation. As a result, we’re seeing new information.

Apparently, one of the brothers accused in the actor’s alleged hoax hate crime texted Jussie the day of the attack, sending him well wishes.

“Bruh say it ain’t true,” Abimbola Osundairo wrote in a message dated January 29. “I’m praying for speedy recovery. S–t is wild.”

The text was publicly released by the Chicago Police Department on Monday night. Of course, Jussie was accused of paying Abimbola and his brother Olabinjo to help stage the hate crime.

Additionally, police released video footage taken just before the alleged attack that shows the brothers in the back of a taxi with their hoods up tied tightly around their faces.

Whatever this means to the investigation is yet to be seen! We’ll keep you updated.
