Cuba Gooding Jr. Walks Out Of Court, Exonerated

Cuba Gooding Jr. has been under the spotlight the last few weeks after two women came forward with claims of sexual harassment. But this week, he walked out of court a free and exonerated man.

“It’s been a long day,” he told reporters as he left Manhattan criminal court. He remained silent when he was asked whether he denied the charges of sexual abuse and forcible touching.

When he was asked if he had anything to add, he proclaimed, “Get well, Big Papi!”

As previously reported, Cuba is accused of grabbing a female clubgoer’s breast during a drunken night at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in New York City. Camera footage of the incident didn’t show anything inappropriate, however.

Another woman accused him of a similar act that occurred 10 years ago, but the statute of limitations has run its course.
