Kevin Hart Is Being Sued By A Woman Who Says His Bodyguards Physically Assaulted Her
Kevin Hart is now being sued by a woman who claims that he and his bodyguards knocked her over outside a screening of his film, The Upside, in New York City.
As a result, according to her lawsuit, she busted her eye socket.
Carmen Marrero claims she was walking down a sidewalk on West 52nd Street in January when Kevin and his security team stormed out of a building and slammed into her. The push left her with a fractured orbital bone with possible nerve and vision damage.
“She’s been in pain, has problems with her face and eyes,” her lawyer told The Post. “She is worried about medical bills, issues with her eyes. She is still feeling the pain.”
