Cuba Gooding Jr. Is Accused of Groping A Woman’s Breast In NYC Club
According to a new report, Cuba Gooding Jr. is being accused of groping a woman at a club in New York City. The incident is now being investigated by the NYPD.
No arrests have been made yet, but according to ABC 7 New York, the alleged incident took place at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge on 7th Avenue in Midtown on Sunday night.
The 30-year-old alleged victim told police that the actor grabbed her breast while they were talking in the club. She also said that he was “highly intoxicated.”
The woman added that she and Cuba were arguing after he inappropriately touched her and she resisted. It got so bad that they had to be broken up by security, according to reports.
Page Six reports that he was seen on surveillance cameras leaving the club later in the night. The woman filed the police report at around 1 a.m. — not long after Cuba left.
