Donald Trump is saying that the British newspaper The Sun wrote a fake headline insinuating that he called Meghan Markle “nasty.”

I never called Meghan Markle “nasty.” Made up by the Fake News Media, and they got caught cold! Will @CNN, @nytimes and others apologize? Doubt it!

However, in the interview, Trump indeed spoke about Meghan. He told the paper that he was unaware she’d referred to him as “misogynistic” and “divisive” during the 2016 presidential election.

He also added, “I didn’t know that. What can I say? I didn’t know that she was nasty.” That is, according to The Sun.

Who knows if reporters exaggerated what he said, but to be honest, it kinda sounds like him. Right? (Note to journalists: always have it on tape!)
