Chicago P.D. Is Releasing Documents In Jussie Smollett’s Hate Crime Case
Chicago police are gearing up to release all the documents relating to Jussie Smollett’s alleged hate crime hoax.
A judge ordered the release of Jussie’s file, saying that he has not “shown good cause to rebut the public presumption of access.”
The “data dump,” as reports call it, will include investigative files and reports — along with notes from detectives. Still, we don’t know if it’s going to be some or all of the 600-plus pages.
Authorities are currently redacting the documents. Get ready! We’re pretty sure Jussie’s fate lies in whatever is in those files.
