Harvey Weinstein apparently owes his former lawyers nearly $500,000 for everything they did in the four cases brought against him.

According to new court documents, Abelson Herron Halpern LLP filed five charging liens that total $420,495 brought on by insurance companies who claim they shouldn’t need to pay for the costs of all the criminal cases against him.

Particularly, lawyers Michael Abelson and Leslie Pereira, both of whom represented Harvey up until April, “are staking a claim to the money they are owed by putting a lien on the ongoing litigation with the insurance companies in the event that Weinstein recoups money from any of them,” reports Page Six.

“Michael Abelson is a terrific lawyer and we loved him,” a rep for Harvey stated. “We retained Kirk Pasich who is top of his field and Abelson and Pasich are working out the payment issues together.”

In case you forgot, Harvey was indicted for forcibly performing oral sex on production assistant Mimi Haleyi in 2006, as well as raping a woman in a Manhattan hotel in 2013.

Sopranos star Annabella Sciorra is expected to testify at the upcoming Manhattan sex assault trial.
