Luann de Lesseps Ordered Back to Jail for Alleged Probation Violations
After a year following her initial arrest in Florida, Luann de Lesseps has been ordered back to jail by a Palm Beach judge after she reportedly failed an alcohol test.
According to local reports, the Real Housewives of New York City star broke probation, which was brought on by her December 2017 arrest and charges of battery, trespassing, and disorderly intoxication.
“Per her New York Probation Officer, [she had] an alcohol test conducted on 04/21/2019,” court documents read. “[Luann] admitted to drinking 2 glasses of mimosas after a performance she had in Chicago.”
As we have previously reported, Luann has never truly seemed to take probation seriously. Perhaps this is the nail in the coffin.
