According to gossip columnist Cindy Adams, via Page Six, rumors are swirling that Donald Trump Jr. is eyeing a run for mayor of New York City.

“We are not talking some parched sod in Iowa, where the corn is as high as a Democrat’s eye,” quips Cindy. “Kiddies, mother is saying friends are saying he is saying he’d like to run for mayor of New York City.”

Not that this should surprise anyone. After all, Donald Jr. has been getting a larger head in the last few years. You can’t exactly skip out on a subpoena from congress if you didn’t think you could get away with it.

While Cindy doesn’t exactly list her sources, the columnist has a keen eye on the word on the street. The real question is: Will he win?
