Bethenny Frankel broke down in court this week on the third day of her custody battle with ex Jason Hoppy over their 9-year-old daughter, Bryn.

Radar Online is reporting that the Real Housewives of New York City star interrupted Jason’s testimony. “You tortured me. You tortured me!” she supposedly screamed through tears, interrupting his testimony.

Reportedly, the judge was forced to step in and told Bethenny: “Ms. Frankel, this is Mr. Hoppy’s testimony.”

A break was eventually ordered after the outburst.

Bethenny and Jason were married from 2010 to 2012, and since their split she’s consistently spoken publicly about the emotional abuse she endured. She even compared her marriage to living in a “torture chamber” in court.

“An appointment with Jason is abusing me, making fun of me. An appointment with Jason is a torture chamber,” she told the judge this week. “It is a vacuum of abuse. Going to an appointment with Jason is not a good idea, because he uses every way to abuse me when no one is looking.”

Earlier in the week Jason spoke about his daughter, describing her as “creative,” “competitive,” “athletic,” “determined” and “compassionate.” He also told the judge that Bryn loves to ski, and even complimented his ex wife, noting that “Bethenny is very good at rides.”

This situation is so sad. We’re hoping the best possible outcome will take place for both Bethenny and Jason.
