Lori Loughlin Truly Believes She’s Not Going To Prison

Nothing has really changed since the last update on Lori Loughlin. According to sources close to her and her husband Mossimo Giannulli, the actress is super confident that she’s not going to jail for the couple’s involvement in the college admissions cheating scandal.

The couple allegedly paid $500,000 to bribe their daughters’s way into the University of Southern California. But a source gave People magazine more insight into their personal perspective.

“The more that [the attorneys] look at the alleged evidence against them, the better they feel about the case,” the source said. “Everyone is feeling more and more confident that this could end well for them.”

The source added, “Lori feels like so much damage has been done publicly that the only way for her to counter it is to fight this case in court. She feels like once all the evidence is presented, that people will understand how things happened.”

Apparently, the couple is looking forward to their day in court.

“A trial drags things out, and she would like to move forward, which she can’t do until it goes to trial,” the source said. “But still, she feels like she’s got a valid defense, and that when all the evidence comes out, that she won’t be found guilty.”
