Abby Lee Miller is back, everyone! And she’s not playing games this time around.

In a trailer of Lifetime’s upcoming season of Dance Moms, Abby shows fans that her strict teaching discipline is alive and well.

“As a dancer, you put your heart out there every day,” she told the young members of her team. “Somebody is going to stab it. I fought hard to be here. You have to fight to be a champion.”

Damn! The trailer continued to show what we all love about Dance Moms: tears, rivalries, and Abby’s tell-it-like-it-is strategy.

“This is my livelihood,” she said. “It’s fine to do whatever I want to do, and I will do whatever I want to do. Watch out!”
