Whoa, Prosecutors Want Felicity Huffman And Lori Loughlin To Go To Jail

Things just got real…

According to reports, prosecutors are seeking jail time for everyone charged in the $25 million college-admissions scam, including actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin.

CNN reported that officials said Felicity and Lori could get sentenced to between six and 21 months behind bars if they plead guilty or are convicted at trial. Whoa!

“You can’t have people being treated differently because they have money,” an unidentified fed also told TMZ.“That’s how we got to this place. Every defendant will be treated the same.”

All the rich parents involved in the scandal are charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. That in itself carries a maximum of 20 years in prison.
