Julia Roberts isn’t holding anything back when it comes to the young college kids involved in the college admissions cheating scandal.

“That to me is so sad, because I feel, from an outsider, that it says a little bit, ‘I don’t have enough faith in you,’” the star said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight Canada, adding that she herself teaches her kids basic life skills because “they have to run their own race.”

Julia has three children: Henry Daniel, 11, and Hazel and Phinnaeus, 14.

Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin have been at the center of the scandal and are among the more than 50 people charged for allegedly paying bribes to get their children into top universities in the U.S.
