Olivia Jade Was On A Yacht With USC Official When Her Mom, Lori Loughlin, Was Charged

The optics aren’t looking great for Olivia Jade.

The daughter of Lori Louhglin was celebrating spring break on a yacht owned by a USC board of trustees member the same day Lori was ensnared in a widespread college bribery case, reports Page Six.

Olivia Jade, who’s short career as an Instagram influencer might be dwindling, was on Rick Caruso’s yacht in the Bahamas when federal prosecutors announced that Lori would be charged with paying bribes to get her daughter accepted to USC, according to TMZ.

Olivia is friends with Rick’s daughter, Gianna, which is probably why they were partying together.

Of course, Lori and her husband Mossimo Giannulli were charged this week for paying $500,000 to get their two daughters into the University of Southern California by pretending the girls were crew athletes, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Olivia eventually returned to the U.S., and according to a statement from Rick Caruso: “My daughter and a group of students left for spring break prior to the government’s announcement yesterday. Once we became aware of the investigation, the young woman decided it would be in her best interests to return home.”
