Don’t Ask Chuck Schumer to Officiate J.Rod’s Wedding
Chuck Schumer might be happy for his friends Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to officiate their wedding.
The New York Senator recently joked with TMZ reporters that he wants nothing to do with leading them through their vows. Still, when asked about their recent engagement, he couldn’t have been more excited.
It’s nothing personal, he admitted. Chuck went on to say he has a bad track record so he’s sworn off officiating weddings — so basically, he’s doing them a favor.
His best advice? “Don’t argue about money.”
