Guess Which Other Conmen Michael Cohen Might Serve Next to In Prison

Page Six is reporting that if Michael Cohen ever goes to jail, he will likely be surrounded by some familiar conmen — including Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino; Fyre Festival fraudster Billy McFarland; and Dean Skelos, the former Republican leader of the state Senate, convicted of corruption.

A judge has recommended that Michael, President Trump’s former personal lawyer, be sentenced to three years for tax fraud and other crimes and serve his time in the minimum-security prison at the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, in New York state.

The facility is 70 miles from Manhattan, and according to a lawyer familiar with the prison, “It’s not fancy. They live in trailers. But there are no walls, no bars.”

“Visiting is very lax and lenient,” the lawyer said to Page Six. “When the weather is nice, families come up and picnic.”

Additionally, about half the 110 beds at Otisville go to Jewish inmates, who require kosher food and religious services, because the Bureau of Prisons “kind of unofficially designated it to meet the needs of Orthodox Jews,” according to Aleph Institute’s prison outreach director, Rabbi Menachem Katz.

Still, some people think there is a possibility that he will never be incarcerated at all. After all, if he cooperates with prosecutors, there could be a complete amelioration of his sentence.

I guess we’ll have to see what happens.
