Demi Lovato is so sorry not sorry after knocking out Fox Sports insider and MMA trainer Jay Glazer’s front tooth — while he was wearing a mouthguard!.

In a video posted to Instagram, the singer is in hysterics as Jay, who trains NFL players in martial arts during the off-season, shows off a gap in his smile as he holds up a tooth and proudly shouts: “Demi knocked my tooth out!”

“I’m sorry,” she said, to which he playfully responded, “She’s not sorry.”

The 26-year-old star is getting in shape after a nearly fatal alleged overdose that led to a 90-day stint in rehab. Clearly she’s feeling good!
