Oprah Winfrey Will Interview Michael Jackson’s Sexual Assault Accusers

Immediately following the second installment of HBO’s Leaving Neverland, Oprah Winfrey will be interviewing the accusers at the center of the bombshell documentary.

Oprah Winfrey Presents: After Neverland will air at 10 p.m. March 4. The doc, directed by Dan Reed, spotlights Wade Robson and James Safechuck’s accusations against Michael Jackson, whom they say sexually assaulted them as children. The Jackson family has vehemently denied these claims.

Dan, Wade, and James will join Oprah in the Q&A, which will be filmed that Thursday in front of an audience of sexual abuse survivors and those whose lives have been impacted by abuse.

The first half of Leaving Neverland, which made waves at the Sundance Film Festival last month, debuts March 3 on HBO.

Some Jackson family members have sought to block HBO from airing the documentary and are on a media tour this week to deny the litany of allegations in the documentary and question the men’s credibility given their shifting statements.

Michael Jackson died in 2009.
