Apparently, Dr. Phil may have an issue with residual paychecks. 

The talk show host is being sued for $10,000 by Josie Goldberg for her appearances on a 2010 episode titled “Spoiled and Entitled,” as well as a 2011 episode titled, “Smart Women, Dumb Choices?” According to The Blast, Josie claims that she also appeared on a 2014 episode featuring the best guests from the show, followed by a 2017 episode checking in on her.

Josie alleges that as a SAG/AFTRA member, she is owed an estimated $10,000 from the episodes as her appearances have continued to generate revenue for the show.

Furthermore, Dr. Phil’s wife Robin McGraw is also listed in the suit as Josie claimed that Robin laughed at her and gave a “thumbs up” in response to a guest’s comments about Josie on the show. Consequentially, Josie claims people have not wanted to work with her.
