Countess Luann de Lesseps Hasn’t Been Following Probation Must-Dos

According to reports, Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps has made a slew of probation violations, including failing to take all of her sobriety breath tests.

Court documents obtained by The Post show that the reality star has not completed the four requirements assigned to her as part of her no-jail deal for her Christmas Eve 2017 drunken freakout in Palm Beach, Fla. where she kicked a cop and shouted: “I’m going to kill you all!”

Her New York probation officer stated in the Feb. 4 documents that she’s missed half of her community service hours, skipped her sobriety class, and has not provided proof of attending AA meetings.

These discoveries are part of a six-month probation compliance report.

Luann had previously confessed in August to battery, trespassing and “disorderly intoxication” to avoid a jail sentence. As part of the deal, she promised to perform 50 hours of community service, attend twice-weekly AA meetings, complete a Mothers Against Drunk Driving class and blow on schedule into a home “soberlink device.”

Turns out, six months later, she has only completed 25 hours of her community service time.

Still, Luanne has maintained she is working hard on her sobriety, and even told Page Six that for an upcoming Real Housewives trip, she’ll drink just “mocktails.”
