Reportedly, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Chrissy Teigen are planning a pizza date for the Grammy Awards. Dear God, let this be the beginning of a beautiful friendship!
It all started on Twitter, when Chrissy invited the freshman New York Democrat to watch the Sunday awards show with her and husband John Legend: “@AOC hello my hero, do you wanna come over and watch the grammys with us? There will be pizza,” she tweeted.
“Yes! We can live-tweet me burning something in the kitchen,” replied Alexandria, whose district covers parts of Queens and the Bronx.
Of course, Twitter users went frantic thinking of these two powerful women cooking (and dishing!) in the kitchen with a glass of wine. Our only question is: can we come?!
