Taraji P. Henson is finally getting the star she deserves on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It’s just been announced that the actress is receiving the honor on January 28. 

During the ceremony, Taraji will be joined by her Baby Boy director John Singleton, as well as the legendary Mary J Blige.

“Taraji P Henson is a powerful woman and a powerful actress. She is an entertainer that fans cannot take their eyes off of due to her great acting ability,” said Ana Martinez, producer of the Walk Of Fame. “We welcome her bright star on our Walk Of Fame.”

Taraji’s upcoming film What Men Want (a remake of Mel Gibson’s What Women Want) will hit theaters on February 9.
